Gobliins 6 is an upcoming 2D puzzle adventure that reunites the duo Fingus and Winkle from Gobliins 2, serving as a direct sequel to that 1992 classic, developed by Pierre Gilhodes and published through his Schnibble Productions label.12 The game was successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter in October–November 2024, raising €9,524 from 388 backers against a €4,000 goal.13 Following the series naming convention, the two “i”s indicate two playable goblins.24

Story Summary
Years after their adventure rescuing Prince Buffoon, Fingus has become a lonely and somewhat downcast beekeeper.12 His quiet life is disrupted when he learns that his old friend Winkle has gone missing under mysterious circumstances.13
Thrust back into action, Fingus must find Winkle and together the reunited duo will face a cruel conqueror named Karcassio who threatens the kingdom.12 Their journey will be filled with humor, mystery, and unexpected twists as they work to save both Winkle and the realm.25

Gobliins 6 returns to the two-goblin format of Gobliins 2, featuring point-and-click puzzle gameplay built in Adventure Game Studio.13

Status Update (December 2025)
In a Facebook post on December 15, 2026, Pierre Gilhodes announced: “The game is almost finished, but still a thousand things to do, including finishing the translation and integrating it, a big piece. Thank you for your patience.”9 This indicates significant progress since the Kickstarter campaign, with translation and localization now the primary remaining work.
